Thanks to TL APPLICATION (Traffic Light) it’s the machine itself which confirms the flexo plates are mounted correctly and in perfect register, regardless the operator discretion.

Last but not least, the combination with the well-known VDP SYSTEM (Virtual Data Processing) patents EP1666251 (B1) – US8037819 (B2). This allows the mounting of the flexo plates and the control of register on the image, other than on the cross marks by using the plate file. So, a high degree of accuracy and flexibility is assured.

TRAHO 426

Machine to detach plate and tape from sleeves and to apply tape on sleeves
For repeats
from 240 mm up to 1250 mm
Designed and manufactured to facilitate the operator during the dismounting phase after printing.

It allows to remove the plate from the sleeve without using the hands avoiding thus any damages, while to remove easily the tape it is enough to hold it up to prevent gluing.
The sleeve is put on three supporting rollers. One idle and motorized for different print repeats and two motorized to get the detachment of the plate or of the tape.
The detach speed is according to EC Regulation.
The operator has to his disposal a bidirectional pedal.
A container is placed under the rollers to receive plates of any sizes.

Machine for cleaning flexographic plates to be stored after printing
Designed and manufactured according to the latest safety standards, environmentally friendly, thanks to the use of ecological and biodegradable detergents. It speeds-up and makes automatic the cleaning and drying process with great time saving for the operator.
The machine cleans and removes any kinds of ink on all the plate surface by means of sprinkling detergent bars and rotating and translational brushes.
